AWESOME room for rent!

room available for rent in a three bedroom house on Heretaunga st. (near the hospital). It's a really cool house with hardwood floors, a large back porch, and off street parking.

There are two of us living there right now, one female graduate student and one male vet student. It doesn't matter if you are male or female or what you do with your life as long as you are responsible about paying the rent and are relatively tidy.

The rent is 110 p/w plus a third of the utilities which are about 15-20 p/w
