We all have a part to play when it comes to sustainability. Just a few simple changes to your property could help your tenants live more comfortable, eco-friendly lives and increase the value of your rental. It could even win you prizes!
Have a chat to your tenants about ways to create a more eco-friendly living environment. Ideas range from planting a vegetable garden and improving insulations to installing a heat pump or pellet fire. If they are participating in Eco Wars, get in behind their efforts and encourage them to give it their all.
Ecowars is a fun and practical way to show students how to live in an ecological way. But did you know there are things landlords can do too? Register as an Ecowars landlord, meet the following criteria, and be in to win some great prizes for you and your property.
- Your student flat is an Ecowars competing team.
- Have a free consultation with the PNCC Eco-advisor, and implement some of their recommendations
- Attend at least 3 workshops, one of which must be the energy workshop.
- Become an Ecowars advocate, inform friends and family of the competition.

A panel of eco judges will assess participating landlords eco changing ways. With very worthy prizes up for grabs Ecowars provides a win win opportunity to you.
