Massif magazine is a semi-yearly publication cataloguing the trips and exploits of MUAC and its members throughout the year.

All articles and photographs are produced and submitted by club members during the year. While we try to publish the magazine yearly, it often happens that due to lack of articles, Massif is slightly less frequent than that.

All paying members will receive a black & white copy of Massif as part of their membership, however, it is possible an issue may not be published if not enough people write articles. If you want your Massif, write some articles!

Any club member who would like to submit an article is encouraged to do so. In return for submitting articles you will receive either one free night in the MUAC hut on the Turoa skifield on Mt Ruapehu or one free gear rental from MUAC. Remember, articles do not have to be simple trip reports (though that is OK too), be creative!

Text for articles should be submitted in either Microsoft word or .txt files. Any photographs should be supplied SEPARATELY as original files from the camera (Tiff, Jpeg, or RAW) (you can rename them if you like). Please DO NOT insert your photos into the Word document, I can not use these and so they will not be included in the magazine.
