500g Gravy beef (which is real cheap)
2 packets of Maggi french onion soup mix
1 large onion
heaps of garlic (good to keep away colds and vampires and skanks!)
salt and pepper
a bit of oil
water
Get big pan and heat it up and put in a couple of bit of oil.Ok so chop us the onion and garlic and fry off in a pan until they go a bit brown. Meanwhile chop up beef into chunks and put in bowl. Empty packets of soup over beef. Shake around so the all soup mix covers the beef. Put beef into pan and fill up the pan with water so it covers the meat. Simmer on heat 1 or 2 for about 2 hours, stir occasionally .
Serve on rice and with frozen beans. Real cheap and SUPER yum. My flatties love me when I make this!
