Why has my connection speed slowed down?

If you’re experiencing slow speeds, the first step would be to check your usage meter, if you have gone over your data limit your connection would have slowed down to 64kbit (which is dialup speed). To check this, click on 'my account', and then 'check your traffic usage.'
